**About the Role**
- You’ll be responsible for_:

- Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent through direct outreach, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet project fill rates and adjust recruitment focus based on pipeline and demand.
- Maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system and ensuring all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and compliant.

- Proven experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within healthcare or international markets.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding billing targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and commercially savvy.

**Salary & Benefits**
- £30,000 - £40,000 base salary (depending on experience) + commission
