**Role Summary**

At BEC + BRIDGE one of our biggest commitments is to build a team of kind, considerate and empathetic people who feel happy and invigorated working for the company and our customers. As a Boutique Manager at BEC + BRIDGE you will be required to create a collaborative and driven work environment which is committed to achieving the BEC + BRIDGE retail objectives. Whilst managing the overall operations of the store you are required to support your team to deliver an exceptional and unique experience to our BEC + BRIDGE customers.

Key Responsibilities

**Customer Experience**
- Continually develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones
- Host styling workshops and contact customers with the launch of a collection and each major delivery

**Finance & Budget Management**
- Monitor financial costs, maintain budget controls and report on performance
- Create rosters to meet sales vs. salary budgets; approve timesheets promptly
- Manage store expenses in line with company guidelines

**Team Leadership & HR**
- Recruit, induct and develop staff; assist State Manager with performance reviews
- Provide continuous training on policy, procedure and sales techniques
- Understands each staff member’s goals and helps them work towards achieving them
- Foster succession planning and career growth

**Stock & Visual Merchandising**
- Oversee stockroom operations, deliveries and stock takes
- Implement BB visual-merchandising guidelines to optimise sales

**Delegation & Time Management**
- Prioritise daily, weekly and monthly tasks; delegate based on team strengths
- Ensure all administrative reports and cash-handling procedures are up to date
