- Play an integral role in a new building program

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to join our community. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and upkeep of the school grounds and equipment as well as carrying routine inspections. You will play a key role in school’s the building works program.

**In this role, you will**:
Coordinate and provide practical and hands-on support to the facilities team with carrying out general maintenance and repairs to school buildings, plant & equipment

Complete regular compliance checks for the physical site

Liaise with building contractors on a regular basis

Assist the Maintenance team with setting up of major school events

Assist the Principal and Business Manager in the planning of minor and major property works

Maintain a current knowledge of all of relevant legislation and government guidelines regarding compliance, safety, WHS requirements

Maintain the school as a safe environment for staff and students
