We are currently seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As an experienced Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with varying disabilities. You will work closely with clients to assist them in achieving their personal goals, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being. Your empathetic approach and professional skills will help create a supportive and nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including their homes and community environments.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other professionals.
- Monitor and report on client progress, adjusting support strategies as needed.
- Advocate for clients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive appropriate services and resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in disability support.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of disability support services and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on clients' lives.
- Valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS worker screening check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
