About us:
We are Baldwin Crisis Services, a small family owned business offering squalor and hoarding cleaning solutions. We also offer end of lease cleaning, regular general/deep cleans, new build/renovation cleans, plus housekeeping services. We can also help with decluttering and sorting, rubbish removal and lawn/garden tidy ups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms/toilets.
- Flexibility in tasks provided, to suit our clients.
- Follow established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Able to work autonomously and part of a team, with at least 3 days availability 8:30-5pm.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.
- To be comfortable in squalor situations.
- Have a current drivers licence and a reliable car
- Police Check

Pay: $30.09 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
