Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is a registered NDIS service provider dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and engage fully with their community. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care that empowers our clients to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our team in Ashburton. The role involves assisting our client with community access, ensuring they have the support they need to participate in various activities and outings.

15 hours per week, 5 x 3-hour shifts

Shift Times are flexible between 10 am - 3 pm

**Requirements**:
6 Months Experience as a Disability Support Worker

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
