**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Acquisition and Onboarding**:
Identify and reach out to potential brand partners who align with the company’s audience and content strategy.
Manage the onboarding process for new brands, ensuring they understand the advertorial approach and objectives.

**Advertorial Strategy Development**:
Collaborate with brands to develop advertorial content that aligns with both the brand’s and the company’s goals.
Work with editorial and creative teams to ensure that the content is engaging and adheres to quality standards.

**Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, addressing their questions and concerns.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
Monitor the performance of advertorials and provide brands with detailed reports and analysis.
Use performance data to make recommendations for future advertorials and improve results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and advertising trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
