- **Professional Qualifications**: Hold a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or the equivalent experience, underpinning your expertise in delivering impactful learning experiences.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Showcase your prowess in eLearning development and general computer literacy, driving the integration of technology into our learning landscape.
- **Academic Excellence**: Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, learning and development, or a related field.
- **Pedagogical Proficiency**: Demonstrate a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering dynamic learning programs, grounded in contemporary global best practices and adult learning principles.
- **Project Management**: Exhibit strong project management capabilities, adeptly handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Boast excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on delivering top-notch internal customer service while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- **Tailored Training**: Highlight your ability to develop training solutions tailored to diverse user needs, whether for field-based or office-based staff.
