**The opportunity
Bupa Villages and Aged Care (BVAC) is on an exciting journey to attract the right talent to our business. As a result, we’re looking for a creative thinker with a background in marketing or branding with an interest in learning more about employer branding to join us as the Channel Management and Marketing Coordinator.

You will support the broader BVAC Talent Acquisition team and work collaboratively with our Centres of Excellence (COEs) to build upon existing talent marketing framework and ensure it’s fit for purpose for our BVAC business, with a specific focus on attracting talent and the entire employee lifecycle.

This is a
**permanent part time 3 days per week** (or 4-5 half days totalling approx. 22 hours per week) opportunity, and is based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with as much work from home as you’d like.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities include:

- Support the Talent Acquisition and COE teams to deploy the existing Employee Value Proposition (EVP) / employer brand strategy to maximise its effectiveness and value for our aged care business
- Assist with the development of innovative and effective marketing strategies and tactics to engage and attract talent
- Support the creation of talent marketing content to activate the EVP across career-related channels
- Assist with the design and delivery of new recruitment marketing outreach strategies
- Assist in the development of guidelines and related toolkits/materials and management of training and education

**What do I need?**
- Previous experience in talent branding/employer branding is most preferred; or previous experience in a marketing coordinator role with an interest in learning about this niche area of marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with ease with all levels of stakeholders within the business
- Demonstrated ability in:

- Copywriting / content creation experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices
- Stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of campaign management
- Project management experience
- Experience with analytics / metrics
