Import Admin-bilingual Mandarin/english

Pro-Kit is an established importer and wholesaler of auto accessories and tools based in South West Sydney. We are seeking an energetic and ability to multi-task individual to join our busy team.

This position will manage end-to-end process from raising purchase orders, liaising with overseas suppliers to confirm the orders and lead time, organising and tracking of shipments, chasing of documents and receipting and costing of goods.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Generate purchase orders and liaise with overseas suppliers to confirm orders and delivery
- Liaise with freight forwarder and suppliers for shipment consolidation and arrangement.
- Generate packing slip for dispatch, costing calculation and good receipt into Peach system
- Assisting with product sourcing
- Liaise with all relevant parties in relation to import arrangement
- General adhoc duties when required

**Successful applicants will possess**:

- Intermediate/ Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Great Multi-tasker who can work in a busy environment and with deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional attention to details
- Be a team player with positive attitude
- Be able to speak English and Chinese

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
