**About Us**:
Pre Uni Bella Vista is a leading tuition centre dedicated to helping students excel in their academic journey. We provide structured learning programs and expert guidance to students from primary to high school, preparing them for selective school entry, NAPLAN, and academic success.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **dedicated and organised individual** to join our team as an **Admin & Tutor**. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment, assisting with administrative tasks while also tutoring students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administration**:

- Managing student enrolments, attendance, and schedules
- Coordinating class materials and resources
- Supporting tutors and parents with queries
- General office tasks (data entry, filing, record-keeping)

**Tutoring**:

- Teaching students in English and/or Maths (Primary and/or High School level)
- Preparing lesson plans and engaging learning activities
- Providing feedback and progress reports for students
- Assisting with exam preparation (Selective, OC, NAPLAN, HSC)

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in **tutoring and/or administration** (preferred)
- Strong English and/or Maths skills (primary and high school level)
- Excellent **communication and organisational skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Passion for education and helping students succeed

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
