Now, let's talk about you. We're on the hunt for a rockstar Principal Consultant who lives and breathes Climate Resilience. You'll be the go-to guru, leading an awesome team, working on projects, and tackling climate change head-on. From assessing risks to crafting adaptation strategies, you'll be at the forefront of change, showing the world how it's done.

But that's not all. You'll also get to team up with Edge Tech, our amazing product development stream, to develop cutting-edge climate risk and resilience-focused tech. We're all about pushing boundaries and finding innovative solutions. So, if you've got a knack for shaking things up, we want you on our team

Oh, and did we mention the fun part? We're located in some seriously awesome places. Think Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Auckland, Boston, and Santiago. This role will ideally be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Auckland but we're also open to considering other locations within Australia and New Zealand. - You're a climate risk analysis and strategy superstar, with a track record that'll speak for itself.
- You're not just a consultant; you're a strategic sustainability leader who knows how to create and win new work.
- Your network in the Australian sustainability community is legendary. You know all the key players, and you're not afraid to leverage those connections to unlock high-impact and value opportunities.
- Collaboration is your middle name. You're a team player who knows how to lead and inspire others.
- Your degree and 7+ years of experience in climate, environmental science, or related fields make you a force to be reckoned with.
- Communication? Nailed it You've got killer verbal and written skills, and English is your superpower.
- You're all about the details, from analytical wizardry to report writing, it’s your thing.
