We are seeking a senior retail leader based in Melbourne or Sydney, who will lead the performance of the sales and store teams of Bendon Group's retail channels in the Australian market which includes Outlet and Myer Concession. This role will report directly into the New Zealand based General Manager of Sales and will lead a team of four Regional and State Managers throughout Australia. **What We Offer**: - Competitive above-market base salary - Generous quarterly bonus potential based on KPI achievement - Tools of trade, including a car allowance - In this exciting new role, you'll oversee the performance of Bendon Group's Australian retail channels-Outlets and Myer concession -while championing an omni-channel strategy.
