A full time, permanent opportunity has become in our Health Services team, reporting into the Managing Director Health Services.
The Executive Assistant for Health Services is responsible for providing executive level support to create an efficient, organised working environment for the Health Services Leadership Team, in a highly complex business environment.
**How will I help?**
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- High level professional assistance with the outcome of ensuring an efficient working environment for the team
- Preparing, reviewing and quality checking presentations, spreadsheets and documents as requested; full end-to-end organisation and participation in regular Health Services Leadership Team Meetings; oversee all travel logistics, ensuring full use of time when travelling.
- Member of the Executive Assistant team: Hold regular meetings, annual offsite and engagement activities to ensure a cohesive EA team; engage with regularly
- Special Projects; Undertaking special projects and assisting with general duties as required; such as proofreading and drafting team communications; compiling and publishing regular and ad-hoc reports for the team; other duties as required by the Directors and MD.
- Stakeholder engagement / relationship management: Create, monitor and maintain good relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including (but not limited to) Executives and office, APAC Personal Assistant team, ELT Members, APAC Executive Team, APAC Board, APAC Company Secretary and support, APAC wider assistant group, members of APAC Leadership Team as appropriate, other support functions (Digital & Data, People, Information Systems etc).
- Lead, mentor, support and develop the Personal Assistant community within Finance on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop and deliver key internal communications on behalf of the Directors and MD.
