People Systems Manager

You are a key player in the People & Culture Technology strategy and keep you colleagues focused of the big picture regarding our platform.

You consult widely across the enterprise and with external vendors to achieve outcomes in line the People strategy.

You have design thinking at the forefront and deliver excellent experiences to users on the platform.

You are an expert technologist and have a deep understanding the capability of the systems you manage.

You ensure that access to HR systems and data is tightly managed and are aware of data privacy and governance requirements.

You will work closely with all departments in the People & Culture division including, Learning and Development, Recruitment, and employee experience. You will also manage stakeholders external to your team in the Technology Office and support all operational divisions as required. You manage these relationships closely and are a key influencer across Great Southern Bank.

**About you**
- Understanding of Cornerstone on Demand HR Management System or similar system
- Understanding of iChris system or similar and the integration of people system platforms.
- Experience with risk management and governance of data and systems
- Experience managing and developing security groups that control access to sensitive systems and data.
- The ability to provide strategic direction and maintain a contextual view of module configuration and improvements
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap & Java
- UX design and an eye for the aesthetic
- Process analysis, documentation, and re-engineering
- Excellent relationship management, consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience of working within a large and complex change program
- Excellent problem solving and project coordination skills
- High level of analytical ability and attention to detail
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
- Experience in the configuration of parametrised systems.
- Balanced business/technical focus with an eye for continual systems/process improvements
- Direct experience working in a regulated environment
- Tertiary qualification in Business; or
- 5+ years business or technology industry experience in a similar role.
