HUB24 Group entities operate in the capacity of investment manager and/or appoint investment managers responsible for adherence to the asset compositions in client portfolios on the HUB24 Investment and Superannuation Platforms. HUB24 Group Risk & Compliance has a specialist team that is operationally independent from the investment management division that monitors the activities of investment managers to ensure mandate compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing operationally independent oversight and challenge of risk-taking activities across the HUB24 Group business operations.
- Performing daily pre and post trade mandate compliance monitoring for the Managed Portfolios on the HUB24 platform.
- Performing monthly mandate compliance monitoring activities for the Managed Portfolios on the HUB24 platform.
- Undertaking regular reviews of investment option data including classification and pricing data.
- Regularly verifying Managed Portfolio data across Agreements, PDS and internal/external data systems.
- Portfolio Mandate Compliance data analytics and reporting (including participating in the enhancement of HUB24 capabilities in this regard).
- Participating in the development and/or updating of HUB24’s mandate compliance policies.
- Monitoring regulatory developments, assessing business impacts and updating the Group’s compliance framework (such as program, policies and standards) as needed.
- Implementing regulatory change as required and managing complaints, incidents and exceptions.
- Assisting with the preparation of Risk & Compliance reports to the Superannuation Trustee and/or Managed Investment Scheme Responsible Entities.
- Assisting with the preparation of Investment Committee, Compliance Committee and Board reports and taking ownership of the management of those meetings, including Agenda setting, meeting schedules, co -ordinating the provision of papers to be provided by attendees and minute taking.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a Portfolio Mandate Compliance function within the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of Portfolio Mandate Compliance, Operations, Investment Risk and Legal & Regulatory requirements within the wealth management industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in at least two of the following will be key to your success: Portfolio Management Operations, Portfolio Mandate Compliance, and Portfolio Risk and Performance Analysis.
- Demonstrable experience in IDPS and/or Managed Funds, Superannuation products or platforms.
- Experience in Financial Product Advice preferable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage with management, business, and other support partners where warranted.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing demands and achieve outcomes and objectives.
- Enjoys working in an unstructured, fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS office (primarily MS outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, & MS Word Skills)
