**CASUAL POOL TECHNICIAN**

Initially you will be working side by side with us whilst training before working autonomously. If you are self-motivated, energetic and enjoy dealing with people then this role is for you.

**You will receive**:

- Have a desire to learn and improve their knowledge and skills, and take pride in their work.
- Be able to lift at least 25kg and manually handle heavy items.
- Have an ABN or willing to get one.
- Have a current Australian manual driver’s licence. You may be required to supply a traffic history report.
- Have permanent residency.
- Enjoy the outdoors and engaging with customers. Be willing to work in all weather conditions (unless unsafe to do so).
- Adhere to WHS guidelines.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- General pool maintenance including chemical testing and balancing, cleaning, scooping, vacuuming of pools - both residential and commercial.
- Checking and servicing all equipment involved in maintaining the general running of a pool including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaning equipment.
- Repairing, troubleshooting and installing new equipment (training provided).
- Complete all necessary documentation and record keeping related to pool service visits.
- Restocking and cleaning of equipment and vehicle.
