We’re Parry Cellars - a proudly independent liquor store in Bull Creek known for our deep range of craft beers, small-batch spirits, and interesting wines you won’t find in the majors. We’re on the lookout for a store manager who shares our passion and can lead the store day-to-day with knowledge, care, and a great attitude.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage daily store operations, stock, and staff
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Curate and maintain a rotating craft beer range and boutique spirits list
- Maintain merchandising and store presentation to a high standard
- Assist with purchasing and pricing strategy
- Handle staff rostering, training, and performance

**What You Bring**
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience (liquor industry preferred)
- Sound product knowledge in craft beer (or a strong interest to learn)
- Approved Managers certification (essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as needed

Pay: $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
