**We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Bridgeworker to join our Toowoomba based structures team.**

- Base of $66,000 ($33/hr) plus penalty rates and a generous superannuation scheme The teamwork Monday to Friday generally between the hours of 0700-1600 with every second Friday off (3 day weekend)

**About our Team**:
This position sits within our Toowoomba Structures Teams where you will report directly to the Structures Maintenance Supervisor and will work with a supportive, engaged, and tightknit team of up to seven Bridgeworkers.

**About the role**:
As a Bridgeworker you will play a vital role in carrying out maintenance tasks on our structures such as the repair of steel and timber bridges including drainage work. You are responsible for ensuring safe working practices are adhered to and quality work standards are achieved.
This position is always in the field therefore you must be happy to work in a variety of weather conditions. There is also regular travelling and working away across the district.
You need to be comfortable working from heights on a regular basis.

**About you**
- Hold a current C class driver licence
- Labouring / any trade assistant experience
- Safety focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team
- Front-end loader - excavator - skid steer - truck licence, or other licences / tickets are desirable but not essential
