We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure, roadworks, bridgeworks, and earthworks projects across remote areas of Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on time by assisting the project manager.
  • They will interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to meet quality standards.
  • As a site leader, they will direct and supervise project teams on-site and allocate tasks accordingly.
  • They will also monitor Workplace Health and Safety practices and conduct pre-starts as required.
Requirements
  • This position requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and effective time management.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry is essential, with civil construction experience being highly advantageous.
  • Certification in Civil Construction Supervision or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • An open/unrestricted driver's license and first aid certification are also necessary for this role.
