We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are currently looking for **reliable** and **hardworking** **Leading Hand/Supervisor **who have great communication skills to join our team at La Trobe University Bundoora.
- Site - La Trobe University (Plenty Road and, Kingsbury Dr, Bundoora VIC 3086)
- Monday to Friday from **4:00 a.m. to 12:00m** (Please check the location before applying)
- Experience as Supervisor or Leading Hand.
- **You must need Working with Children Check - Employee**
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a **team player** with a **strong customer service approach** and ability to **follow directions** and **work autonomously**. Experience in cleaning is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a high standard of cleaning, completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, mopping, and / or washroom cleaning.
- Following instructions from your Supervisor/Manager.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
- Completing equipment checks.
- Reporting any issues.
- Supervising skills
