**About the role**:
We have some great opportunities for skilled professionals to join the Mobile Experts team based in Brisbane. This role supports the Head Office team in their rollout of brand new retail Point of Sale software.

As a Stocktake General Hand, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient stock management processes. You will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, working with various departments, and implementing strategies to optimise inventory control.

**Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Initially, assisting with physical stock rotation, stock replenishment and storage (involves repetitive lifting of up to 15kg)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity on system records
- Monitor inventory levels and work with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Physical count of various brands of products and data entry
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Identify obsolete or slow-moving inventory and work with relevant teams to minimise write-offs and optimise inventory holding costs

**About you**:

- Knowledge of inventory management principles, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 15kg repeatedly
- You have patience
- You bring resilience and calm to chaotic environments
- Ability to work in high pressured environment
- Basic Arithmetic and Excel skills
- Keen eye for detail, especially when working to strict timelines
- Loves to work as part of a team and achieve shared goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.73 - $34.90 per hour
