The successful applicant will be well supported by an experienced full-time director and a leadership team committed to creating a positive workplace and an open and honest environment. The leadership team recognises that our educators are essential to running a quality centre, and your well-being is critical. The centre is designed to create a warm, homely feel and environment that children and educators enjoy.

**About you**:

- ACECQA Approved Diploma qualification (not working towards)
- Experience in an early learning environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superb interpersonal skills with exceptional ability to engage others
- WWCC and current First Aid training
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Committed to continual professional development and is constantly pursuing ways to maximise a positive impact on our students

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
