We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator for a role starting ASAP with a well-established company in Carole Park.

Commencing as a temporary assignment, there is the potential for this role to become permanent in the future for the right person, potentially providing you with a foot in the door to a market leader with a national network of warehouses and industry leading systems and processes.

**Forklift and warehouse duties include**:

- Pick off paper run sheets
- Pack, load and dispatch têxtiles and other building materials
- Safe operation of forklift, ensuring that product is moved in a timely manner to designated location
- Ensure adherence to all safe work procedures (including correct use, maintenance and storage of personal protective equipment).

**To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate**:

- Current forklift ticket with experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment, including packing materials and loading/unloading trucks (supported by two referees that have supervised your work)
- Physical fitness to operate forklift and undertake a range of manual handling tasks associated with a warehousing environment and in accordance with safe work procedures
- Proven commitment to safe work practices with the ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and work teams
- Appropriate workwear for the environment including long pants, hi-vis long sleeved shirts and work boots
- Availability to commence ASAP and work between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday
