**Who we’re looking for**

We are looking for a Pipeworks Supervisor to join our high calibre BMD Urban team in and around Brisbane, working in collaboration with the Area Manager to have total control and knowledge of the onsite pipe works and drainage for a variety of projects ranging from $5 - $50million value. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including pipe crews, leading hands, plant operators, labourers and long-term subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
- Certificate III in Civil Construction / qualifications in drainage or plumbing or pipework installation
- extensive drainage/pipeworks background with demonstrated supervisory experience in urban development and minor civil construction projects
- excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

- Certificate IV Civil Supervision
