VCE English and English Language Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and innovative English and English Language Teacher for a full-time ongoing position, teaching at the Larkin Centre (co-educational Years 11-12), Keilor East campus, commencing January 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching of English and English Language to Years 11 and 12 students.
  • Utilise current pedagogical thinking to enhance student learning.
  • Commit to student care and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
  • An outstanding and inspiring classroom teacher.
  • Knowledgeable in teaching English and English Language with up-to-date pedagogical practices.
  • Committed to delivering a high-quality program.
  • Committed to student care and wellbeing.
  • Experience teaching at the VCE level is desirable.
The School

Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School has over 3,000 students from K–12 at campuses in Moonee Ponds, Essendon and Keilor East.
