We’re looking to appoint an enthusiastic Receptionist to provide front of house and administrative support to our high performing sales and property management teams based in Coogee.

Working with a premium brand in the heart of the eastern beaches, you will be working across a variety of interesting disciplines including sales, marketing, compliance, customer service and property management. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will be led by a manager who is hands-on to help, guide and encourage.

The role provides a solid foundation for understanding the real estate industry and offers opportunities for career progression.
- Has previous experience in reception, administration and/or customer service
- Is technically savvy
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Is a confident communication, both written and verbal
- Is well organised, has excellent attention to detail and is a great problem solver
- Has a friendly disposition and is keen to exceed the expectations of others
- A Certificate of Registration would be ideal but is not a requirement
