**About The Role**
- The Marketing Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Events role actively contributes to Audika’s ANZ brand and lead acquisition strategy through:
- the development of new and existing strategic partnerships that drive positive brand alignment and leads
- building a strong brand presence for Audika in the local community through events and activations
- developing trust, knowledge and positive brand perception within the Health Care Professional (HCP) network that aim to drive large-scale referrals to the Audika network.
- empowering the Australia and New Zealand clinic teams with brand and event toolkits to enable community engagement and outreach programs
- effective team management.
**Experience required**:
- 7-8 years of experience in marketing
- Experience working with strategic partners in other organisations
- Experience within retail/healthcare sector highly desirable
- Experience planning and executing events
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Advanced project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously
- Strong analytical and technical abilities with the ability to turn numbers and insights into actions
- Problem solving skills with the ability to make recommendations and decisions
- Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to successfully leverage insights in the development of marketing programs
- Skilled at developing measurement and evaluation programs experienced at optimising programs/ activities on the back of results achieved
- Strong understanding of retail environments and what it takes to win in this space
