**_The Role _**

**_Key Responsibilities _**
- Manages the backlog (requests) including communication with business users and governance/prioritisation bodies
- Chairs User Groups and Governance forums
- Manages request expectations (visibility of status of requests in backlog; visibility of requests not approved)
- Manages the delivery pipeline as a series of Epic and Sprints
- Manages resourcing and allocation of cards to discovery and development cycles
- Removes roadblocks
- Coach team and business product owners on Scaled Agile process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business users and other stakeholders

**_Required Attributes _**
- Relevant work experience with Agile and DevOps culture, practices & tools as well as liaising with users, businesses, and technology teams to monitor and resolve ongoing user and technical issue
- Expert knowledge of Agile Software Development, Kanban, Lean and Waterfall principles
- Delivery or software development background.
- Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team all roles on a Scrum team
- Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines/SLAs
