**About the role**
The Children’s Services Program is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable person to work within the Practice Manager team, bringing contemporary and innovative approaches to supporting our children’s services. This role will support ELC Centre Directors and OSHC Coordinators in all areas of high quality service delivery and staff management.. The role requires excellent relationship building skills with staff, families and other stakeholders.
This is a Permanent Full-time role with travel required to visit our sites located around Northern Sydney and the Northern Beaches area.
**Duties**
- Provide direct support to Directors/Coordinators in the day to day management of their service ;
- Take responsibility for the sound financial performance of the programs;
- Ensure Directors/Coordinators provide high quality education and care and meet the requirements of the National Quality Framework and Standards and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations;
- Developing positive working relationships with peer Practice Managers, site Directors/ Coordinators, families and the school and local community
- any other duties specified in the attached position description.
**Skills & experience**
- Qualifications in Children’s Services (Degree or equivalent) and relevant leadership and management experience.
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR
- Experience working with a Child Care Management System.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation, Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Frameworks: My Time Our Place and Being Belonging and Becoming
- Budget and financial management skills
- Current valid driver’s licence
