**About the team**:
The Finance Systems team plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the tools and functions that support Finance & HCM functions within ASX. Team consists of functional & reporting experts that is part of Finance & P&C business division.
**What you will be doing**:
- Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Finance modules including Core FIN, AP, AR, Billing, GL, FAs.
- Collaborate with FIN and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure smooth system integration and operation.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday FIN issues
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Work on P&C initiatives
- Participate in testing and deployment of Workday updates and new functionalities
- Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity within the Workday system
**What you will bring**:
**Must have**
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Workday Finance, including implementation and configuration
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and best practices
- Workday certification/s
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within Workday
- Experience in creating complex reports using Workday
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks efficiently.
**Nice to have**
- Workday HCM experience highly desirable
- JIRA & Confluence experience
- Experience working in financial services industry
