**About the role**:
This is a unique opportunity for a Building Manager to be based at a variety of sites across Sydney. You will visit buildings on a regular basis to ensure maintenance and other building issues are identified and managed, provide a high level of customer support and rapport with residents, clients, committee members, managing agents and stakeholders.

**Duties**:

- Regular inspections of common property areas, facilities, plant and equipment
- Attending to small maintenance and property issues directly
- Management of contractors and service providers
- Attendance of scheduled committee meetings
- On-site meetings and arranging site access for contractors
- Provide recommendations to the committee & strata manager about repairs and maintenance

**About you: Skills and Experience**
- Experience in residential Building Management is preferable but not essential - if you are practical and enjoy property & maintenance, this is the role for you.
- Able to build relationships with customers, contractors and a wide range of key stakeholders
- Professional, personable, well-spoken and well presented
- General handyperson skills and the ability to complete small maintenance jobs yourself
- Full NSW Drivers Licence
