**In-store Visual Merchandiser**

**What you will do**:
With our customers journey at the forefront of what we do, you own the layout and merchandising of our instore products to enhance our customers journey both through our store and where they are traveling to. You use your commercial skills, understanding of products, brands, and what our customer loves to create a beautiful looking store environment.

Key tasks include:

- **Designing Displays**: Planning and executing eye-catching product displays that align with the brand’s image and current trends.
- **Store Layout**: Arranging the store layout to ensure optimal product placement and a smooth flow for customers.
- **Promotions and Seasonal Changes**: Updating displays to reflect ongoing promotions, seasonal events, and new product launches.
- **Collaborating with Teams**: Working with key stakeholders and the retail teams to ensure visual standards are maintained and support sales objectives.
- **Monitoring Trends**: Keeping up with retail and design trends to ensure the store’s look is fresh and appealing to customers.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry.
- Qualification in Visual Merchandising highly regarded.
- An eye for fashion and product presentation.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team player.
- Committed to personal and professional growth, with a desire to inspire your team.
- Availability to work 38 hours per week, with a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays and weekends.
