An exciting opportunity for an experienced office professional to join the agriculture and livestock industry
**Your new company**
Our client is an industry leader in the Agriculture and Livestock sector. They stretch across Cropping, Livestock, Real Estate and Wool enterprises predominantly and provide both products and services to producers, and consumers domestically and offshore. Due to immense growth, they are looking for an Office All-Rounder to join their team on a full time, permanent basis, based in their Adelaide CBD office.
**Your new role**
Working as an Office All-Rounder, no two days will be the same. You will have a variety of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to;
- Administrative duties including database management, filing, scanning, archiving
- Meeting and greeting clients and walk ins
- Utilise specific business activity systems
- Assist in maintaining compliance
- Assist with processing accounts receivable and payable
- Process livestock sales
- Provide daily reports
- Handle mail as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in an administrative capacity. You must have a strong work ethic and be a team player. Due to the nature of the industry, you must be adaptable and flexible to change. Knowledge on all Microsoft Suite functions is essential.
