**Role**

The role is to manage all aspects of Credit including mortgage and consumer lending, underwriting and policy and procedures. Duties will include:

- Overseeing credit assessment
- Reviewing lending policy
- Competitor analysis
- Leadership and coaching of your team
- Internal and external audit
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Financial Services background essential
- Knowledge of loan origination systems
- Autonomous with strong communication skills
