Our 2022 intake of graduates have just certified, creating an exciting opportunity for a new property student or property graduate to embark on a path to CPV certification as an Assistant Valuer in our retail valuations team.

**The Opportunity**:

- A Final Year (or near Final Year) property student / recent property graduate, who is keen to embark on a career in commercial property valuations and able to work full time.
- Work in association with a long-term Director of the valuations business on a day-to-day basis.
- Be involved in all facets of the valuation and consultancy process, including preliminary work, undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data and sales/leasing analysis and preparing quality valuation reports and advice.
- Exposure to various commercial (retail) market segments and undertaking work for a range of clients including banks, private investors, corporates, developers, and major institutions.
- Obtain hands on experience and progress towards achieving Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.
