- Highly competitive remuneration including fantastic reward bonuses

We are a leading National NDIS provider seeking qualified early education professionals to join our established and growing therapy teams under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach.

We provide holistic, family-centred support and therapy to achieve goals and milestones. They offer a variety of support services in the home, in the community or at one of their centres, and our values are evident in how we strive to achieve meaningful outcomes.

**About your new role**

Working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, you will support children aged 0 - 6 years experiencing developmental delays to access early intervention. Give children the best possible start in life, help them to learn new skills, and support them to be involved at home and in the community.

Using the key worker model, you will provide short-term, family-centred, strengths-based intervention for children who are experiencing developmental delays. This can be achieved in one of their service centres or in the family's natural environment. In becoming the key person working with your assigned families, you will build real connections, understand the child's life, and focus on a parent capacity-building model to empower families to utilise strategies.

You will also work with families to determine the most suitable pathway under the NDIS through assessments, observations and conversations. You will have the opportunity to provide both group-based and individualised intervention and work within the community to build knowledge around how to support children with developmental delays.

**What’s on offer?**

- Flexible working arrangements - work from home, in the centre, and in the community
- Discipline and industry focused training and support
- Professional development, team collaboration, and genuine supervision
- Realistic targets and goals discussed with you on a case-by-case basis, not a billable hours model
