We are currently seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated **Full Time Retail Security Officer **to join our team at **Warringah Mall** in **Brookvale, NSW 2100** - who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for providing security service at our client's retail site**, **supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.

The roster for this position is:
**Week 1**
Monday to Friday - 1800-0600

**Week 2**
Saturday to Sunday - 1800-0600

**The role is to commence immediately**

**Role Requirements**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

- Current NSW Full Security Licence
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms
- Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
- High level problem solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Valid work rights in Australia
