The Cargo Helicopter Management Unit (CHMU) Sustainment Engineering Section requires a full-time Systems Safety Manager to maintain the integrity of the Materiel Safety Cases for the CH-47F Aircraft (and associated Material) within the auspices of the AASB System Safety Program Plan and AASB Technical Services (WHS) Management Plan.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Systems Safety relatable qualifications, training, and experience (AQTF Level 6 (or equivalent)).
- Demonstrable experience in the management and execution of System Safety Principles within an Aviation Enterprise.
- Demonstrable system level awareness of a materiel system comparable in complexity to the CH-47F Chinook Platform.
- Demonstrable communication skills within an integrated workforce and engaging with stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to organise workload, establish priorities and meet deadlines in a teambased environment.
- Systems Safety related qualifications (AQTF Level 9)
- Demonstrable system level awareness of the CH-47 Chinook Platform
- Minimum of Baseline security clearance. Upgradable to NV1.

**Working hours are Mon to Fri - On Site - no hybrid**
