**CARCO** is a multi-faceted dealership that features new car sales, used car sales, car finance & insurance, consignment and soon a kid’s zone, a licensed cafe, indoor tracks for radio-controlled cars and a fully functioning car servicing workshop

**CARCO** is currently expanding, and as such we are seeking motivated individuals to be a part of an exciting new team to support this growth.

**About The Role**:
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, we are looking for self-motivated individuals who pride themselves on the highest levels of customer service, great communication skills, target driven, and competitive. Sales experience will be highly regarded but not essential. **No Experience? No Worries** If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide all the training you need.

**Main duties will include**:

- Receiving leads from various sources (Mainly Phone)
- Converting these leads into Sales Appointments and over the Phone Sales.
- Ensuring all leads are actioned immediately and promptly.
- Ensuring all leads are recorded accurately and updated timely.
- Ensuring all leads are followed up to a complete cycle.
- Achieving Sales and Appointment Targets monthly.
- Providing the highest level of customer service and promoting the **CARCO** brand
- Ability to obtain a salespersons licence
- Willing to work the following hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 8am - 5.30pm, Wednesday - 8am - 8pm and Saturday - 8am - 1pm
