About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced clinical leadership relevant to the speciality of Mental Health. The Team Leader position provides direct and indirect care as required and works in collaboration with the wider Bayside Community Mental Health team to support the clinical unit in provision of safe quality healthcare through exemplary clinical nursing standards of practice for the specialty of Mental Health.
- Operationally and professionally manage Redlands EDMH and coordinate a team of mental health professionals
- Provide collaborative leadership and change management to support local implementation of innovative service models within the Redlands EDMH Team by engaging stakeholders, developing appropriate educational support materials and resources and effectively communicating new developments and outcomes.
- Coordinate mentoring, preceptorship, role modelling and promote the value of nursing within the multidisciplinary team in Bayside Community Mental Health.
