We are seeking a proactive and resilient professional part time with the option of going full time over the coming year. You will be involved in our proactive company culture and love what you do This is a busy and demanding role which requires a high level of maturity and commitment to all tasks undertaken.
You must have a positive, helpful attitude with the enthusiasm and passion to want to learn and grow. You will need to demonstrate an ability to work well under direction, in a team environment; autonomously to complete tasks to deadlines, show outstanding client focus and service and above all, a desire to assist the team as we continue to expand.
Working closely with other team members your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leasing inspections and negotiations
- Routine inspections
- Bond vacate and PCR updates
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Correspondence preparation, client liaison and managing client relationships
- Property Maintenance
- Experience managing a residential portfolio and leasing
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Passion, drive and motivation for a career in Real Estate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- High level of computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, capable of managing a portfolio independently and assisting Senior Property Manager when required
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in property management software - Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, REI Forms
- Knowledge of local tenancy laws and regulations
