The product range spans across traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, traditional smallgoods, fresh meat including a range of Outdoor Bred pork.

Your Story
Our Quality Assurance Officers ensure that quality standards are observed before our final product reaches our customers. To this end, they are responsible for the implementation of inspecting activities, detection of problem areas, and delivering quality inspection outcomes. In addition, to overseeing planning and performing corrective actions if defects are found.
As a Quality Assurance Officer at Tibaldi you will be part of the Quality Assurance team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:
- Being an adaptable, innovative team player, willing to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and good sense of judgement on confliction priorities.
- Sampling and guidelines for collection and reporting quality data.
- Making sure that quality assurance standards are adequate.
- Planning, performing, and overseeing inspection and testing of our products to ensure the quality is delivered.
- Documenting quality assurance activities such as internal audits.
- Gathering and organizing statistical quality data.
- Elaborating, recommending, and overseeing improvement actions.
- Reporting on results of quality activities
- Detecting coaching needs and taking the appropriate actions in accordance with these needs to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Ensure ongoing abidance by industry and legislative regulatory and quality requirements
As part of the QA team:
- You will use your FMCG and meat processing products experience
- You will use your knowledge of meat import and export requirements (including IPMP and AQIS audits)
- You will use your food safety management systems knowledge and experience (preferably SQF, HACCP, CFMSR, Yum, Costco, Aldi or FSSC 22000
- You will be required to be through in everything you do
- You will use your exceptional time management skills
- You will be problem-solving, decision-making and analytical abilities everyday
- You will use your outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- You will be a role model for all aspects of OH&S
- You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives within a team environment

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
