FRONT DESK OPERATOR/MOTEL RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a Front Desk Operator, Motel Receptionist for two of our busy motels South of the River. This role is end to end Motel Reception.

This position will cover both sites on a rotating roster.

Training of the Reservation Software will be provided, however, priority will be given to those with prior knowledge of RMS9 (Reservation Software).

Own vehicle is essential

Our shifts run on a 7 days per week operation and you must be available on a rotating roster including weekends.

Shift times are full or ½ days.

We're looking for someone that presents well, is enthusiastic with a great eye for detail.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- *Checking guests in

*Checking guests out

*Loading inventory on to Channel Manager (Siteminder)

*Answering Telephones

*Entering bookings into our reservation system.

*Reconciling Daily Cash Transactions against the EFTPOS terminal

*Preparing Tax Invoices on Departure as required

*Receipting Customer accounts and preparing statements

If you are well presented, have the ability to work in a busy environment, punctual and reliable, have demonstrated experience with MS Office Applications, are procedural and policy based, have a pleasant and enthusiastic phone manner with a focus on Customer service and would like to be part of our friendly team, then we'd love to hear from you.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bentley, WA 6102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Motel Front Desk: 2 years (preferred)
