**About the role**

We are looking for someone who is agile, resilient and fosters an innovative & progressive approach to their career to join our Flavour family.

Reporting directly to the Head of Quality you will be instrumental in supporting the quality system and the broader Flavour Creations family. You will join a dynamic solutions-based team who actively support its people across all business functions.

**About the key responsibilities**
- Custodian of the Quality software system
- Management of data integrity for key internal and external customers
- Supporting the team to ensure Flavour Creations complies with all relevant quality, food safety regulations and customer requirements
- Support all departments in achieving quality and food safety compliance
- Willingness to take on special projects as needed within the company
- Active contribution to updates and continuous improvement of documentation

**About you**

To be considered for this unique opportunity, you will need to be able to prove or demonstrate:

- Food manufacturing / quality experience
- Science background, food science desirable
- Computer software competency - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong verbal and written reporting skills
- Ability to work autonomously or with mínimal supervision
- Ability to deliver technical information verbally and in writing
- High levels of energy, motivation and desire to succeed and support others

This role will suit someone who has experience in a quality, who displays a high level of professionalism, has a ‘can do’ attitude, and is comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity and adaptability. Essentially you need to be a results-orientated self-starter with high expectations, motivated and enjoy being part of a collaborative and fun team.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
