About the opportunity

We are actively seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing team, eager to develop and own brand strategy across eCommerce, healthcare and pharmacy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and RDI, the Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies to drive performance and growth of Flavour Creations brands. The role is responsible for end-to-end brand management, including brand strategy, planning and execution to deliver strong brand awareness and revenue growth.

We're looking a collaborative team player who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As part of our passionate, high-performing marketing team, you will play a key role in growing the Flavour Creations brands locally and internationally, positioning us as a global leader in nutrition.

Key responsibilities for assigned brands include, but not limited to:

  • Market Intelligence - Understanding the market, customers, and competitor trends and their products.

  • Brand Strategy - Developing brand plans that are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Innovation Projects – Work with cross-functional teams on the development of new products, which considers emerging trends and channels insights.

  • Campaign Development - Develop and execute strategic omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, revenue, and customer engagement, within budget and allocated timeframes

  • PR and Social Media - Developing PR campaigns and media relations strategies, that have initiative which are delivered on-time and on budget.

  • Digital and Content Strategy - Leading the development of brand content and ecommerce strategy

  • Leadership - Leading, coaching and mentoring the marketing team.

What you will require:

  • 5 years' experience working at Brand Management, with a strong preference towards nutrition, healthcare, FMCG or the pharmaceutical industry

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications (or a related field)

  • Proven track record in consumer healthcare and digital marketing

  • Website management, including content, development, user experience optimisations and conversion strategy

  • Demonstrated track record in strategic marketing and brand management

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • A keen eye for design with demonstrated experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and/or Photoshop)
