**About the Position**
Anglicare's St Martin's Residential Aged Care service is ideally located in Taigum. This service provides a home like environment to its residents. The role of Administration Workforce officer provides support to staff and the facility and is responsible for ensuring that all shifts have the appropriate staffing solutions and are involved in the internal recruitment.

**About You**
- Experience in administration
- Ability to work in a high volume, process-driven and systems enabled environment
- Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team
- Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Procura software (advantage)
- Experience working in a Community Care, Aged Care, or Health background in an administration capacity (advantage)
- Flexibility and ability to respond quickly to changing priorities, while maintaining a calm and composed manner
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and an open style that encourages rapport with others
- Initiative and able to monitor and manage your own workload while working within role expectations, deadlines and management requirements
- Unwavering attention-to-detail, even when tasks get routine
- National Police Clearance (current within six months)
- Full Covid Vaccination evidence
- Current Queensland Drivers Licence
- Certificate III or equivalent in Administration will be highly regarded
