Our **Skilltech**division has a full-time permanent position available for an **Operations Supervisor**to join the team located in our Mitchell Branch in the ACT. As the successful applicant, you will effectively plan and direct the work of field staff (meter readers), to ensure that contract requirements are achieved, through the monitoring of work and taking corrective action where necessary. Providing a high level of service to all stakeholders, you will work as a part of the team ensuring work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Diploma in Business (or relevant industry experience) with outstanding administrative skills
- Previous experience in meter reading or metering services preferred
- Fantastic customer service and communication skills
- Effective workload and time management skills
- Superb written and numeric skills
- Proficiency across the MS Office suite, particularly excelAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks independently and prioritise effectively
