**About The Role**: This newly created role will be central to consolidating reporting across Health & Safety, Injury Management, and Product Compliance. You’ll bring it all together - one clear story, one aligned direction - ensuring that our reporting, analytics and assurance programs not only meet compliance needs but empower a proactive and mature safety culture across the Group.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Own the Reporting Rhythm -**Lead the coordination, development, and delivery of timely, consistent, and insightful Health & Safety reporting, both internally and externally (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- ** Champion Data Integrity** - Drive data quality and platform improvements across systems like Power BI, WORMS, Unifii, Sonder, and Workers Compensation tools
- ** Lead Assurance with Confidence -**Build and manage our assurance reporting program, validating controls and identifying areas of risk
- ** Turn Insights into Action -**Translate data into meaningful insights that help leaders make informed decisions and meet due diligence obligations
- ** Build Clarity and Continuity -**Create clear documentation, report definitions, and dashboards the broader H&S team can easily pick up and run with

**Who We’re Looking For **You’re more than just numbers—you’re someone who sees the bigger picture. You're curious, collaborative, and committed to using data to support safer outcomes. **We're looking for someone with**:

- ** Analytical Expertise That Delivers** - Proven experience in data analysis, reporting or risk/insurance/compliance environments
- ** Guardian of Data Integrity** - A strong understanding of data quality, integrity and governance
- ** Dashboard & Automation Pro** - Experience with automated reporting and dashboards using tools such as Power BI
- ** Risk & Safety Know-How** - Knowledge of H&S, product liability, risk management or injury reporting systems (highly regarded)
- ** Process Builder & Storyteller** - Ability to build process guides, support assurance activities, and influence stakeholders through data-led storytelling
- ** Clear Communicator of Complex Data** - Excellent communication skills - you're comfortable translating complex findings into clear business narratives
- ** Compliance-Savvy Operator** - Experience with regulatory H&S reporting, audit prep and external compliance reporting is a bonus
- ** Qualified in the Numbers That Matter** - Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Risk, or a related discipline, equipping you with the technical foundation to drive data-led safety insights and assurance.

- Risk, insurance or liability analytics
- Compliance or product safety data roles
- Operational data analytics or performance reporting
