- Inspire & Lead: Guide a team of Merchandise Planners, build capability, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Deliver Results: Drive commercial outcomes by maximising sales, profit, and return on investment.
- Strategic Partnering: Align customer strategy, financial plans, and commercial objectives with Merchandise teams.
- Own the Numbers: Manage budgets, forecasts and inventory health with precision and accountability.
- Customer at the Core: Embed insights into strategies, range reviews, promotions, and clearance programs.
- Shape the Future: Influence strategic direction with analysis, scenario planning, and proactive risk management.
